Anshu Kumar, Junior Executive - Project Management, Reflections, recently led an inspiring session titled ‘Chasing Excellence’ at Park Centre, Technopark, organized by Richinnovations Technologies. The workshop, attended by around 40 college students, focused on key aspects of professional development, including strategic technology learning, the importance of networking, profile building, crafting an effective elevator pitch, portfolio development, and mastering resume-building skills.

Anshu also conducted an Employee-Employer Exercise during the session to highlight the disconnect between what employers seek and what students present in interviews. This practical activity provided valuable insights, helping students bridge the gap and better align their approach with industry expectations.
